When you contact us
The email link opens your own email application. Nothing is sent until you choose to send a message. If you write to us, your message may include your name, email address, company, contact details and information about a proposed project.
We use those details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the requested work. Please only include information relevant to the enquiry. Providing it is voluntary, although we may be unable to respond without contact details or sufficient context.
Purposes and legal bases
For an enquiry about a service you may contract personally, the proposed basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For professional enquiries on behalf of an organisation, the proposed basis is the legitimate interest in responding to relevant business communications. These bases and any applicable local requirements must be confirmed with the controller before launch.
A separate privacy notice will be provided if a project requires additional processing beyond an initial enquiry.
Browsing the website
The current website has no account registration, contact form, advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Fonts, images and the map are served as local website files. The map buttons and sector tabs do not submit information.
A hosting provider may process technical request information, such as an IP address, request time and requested page, to deliver and protect the website. The owner states that the website is hosted in the United States. The provider, logging settings, legal basis and retention period have not yet been confirmed.
Service providers and transfers
Email and hosting providers may process information needed to deliver their services. Their identities, processing locations, contractual safeguards and any transfers outside the European Economic Area must be documented before publication. This draft does not assume that data stays within Europe.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and relevant follow-up. If a contractual relationship begins, applicable contractual and statutory retention duties must be assessed separately.
The controller must confirm an operational retention schedule for enquiries, email, backups and hosting logs before launch.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification or erasure of personal data, restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing.
Send requests to Contact Casa Berri. Only information reasonably necessary to establish your identity should be requested. You may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency where applicable.
The current website does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
