The work
We work through the customer need, the offer and how the parties would earn revenue. That includes identifying who does what, which resources are needed and what assumptions should be tested before taking the project further.
We define the contribution a partner would need to make, research possible collaborators and prepare a commercial proposal. Conversations should establish the interest on both sides and the practical conditions for working together.
We translate the discussion into responsibilities, actions and review points. As responses arrive, we revisit the proposition and decide with you what to pursue, adjust or stop. Research, outreach and negotiations only proceed within the agreed role.
What you take away
Depending on the scope, the work can produce a business model outline, partner proposal, shortlist of collaborators or a shared action plan. The purpose is to make the opportunity specific enough to discuss and evaluate.
